    This site is my official digital learning space where I share training resources, project outputs, and learning materials across various qualifications I handle as a certified Technical-Vocational Trainer.     I use this platform as a Learning Management System (LMS) to host my Learning Materials (LMs), assignments, quizzes, and interactive activities. This site runs on Moodle, an open-source LMS trusted by educators and institutions worldwide. Moodle provides me with tools to create and manage online courses, track learner progress, hold discussions, and support both synchronous (live sessions) and asynchronous (self-paced learning) environments.

    Whether I’m facilitating Events Management Services NC III, or other qualifications I am authorized to deliver, this site supports flexible, inclusive, and engaging learning. Contact Center Services NCII

The CONTACT CENTER SERVICES NC II Qualification consists of
competencies that a person must achieve to interact with customers to provide
information about products and services. It also covers handling of customer’s
complaints, inbound customer service, order taking and inquiry response handling, and
outbound telemarketing.
`This Qualification is packaged from the competency map of the Information and
Communication Technology Industry (Service sector) as shown in Annex A.

Events Management Services NCIII

This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, behavior and motivations in EVENTS MANAGEMENT SERVICES NC III in accordance with industry standards.  It covers the core competencies required for the NCIII level.

 ENTRY REQUIREMENTS : There are no entry requirements for trainees or students wishing to enter into training on the Events Management Services NCIII qualification.
